Description as a Host
Hello my name is Jacqueline, but you can call me Jackie as well,and I have four adult children Shaun 45, Davina 42, keshia 39,and Nathan 35.Two of my children are married, so also have a daughter-in law and a son- in law. All of them live independently and work.I have 12 biological grandchildren, plus 3 more adopted grandchildren, making 15 grandchildren in total.My grandchildren range in age from 2 to 21 years old. I have fostered children in the pass and I have held special guardianship responsibilities too. I live in a four bedroom house, with four single beds and one double available. I have hosting students for 25 years welcoming guests for both short and long stays. This as proven to be such a rewarding experience, for me and my for my children too. I have a South - facing garden where I love to sit and relax, sometimes we enjoy our meals outside there. I am a member of my local leisure centre, and I take part in aqua fit sessions ten times a week. I also enjoy spending time in the sauna and steam room. I am part of a pool team, and my hobbies include cooking, playing board games reading and going on picnics. If any student has a specific interest or hobby, Iam flexible and happy to help support this during their stay.

Five 30 minute conversations
Included in the price, to speak about work or anything you like, to make sure the host engages professionally specifying what time to start the sessions, to make sure the students don't run out or off to their rooms.
These conversation sessions may be done in the morning or afternoon, suggested times are 9.30 am to 10.30 am , half hour break, and again 11.00 am to 12.00 am from Monday to Friday.

Included in the price the Host will do something with the Student Guest. There are no restrictions not to have the Host do the same things week after week. Typical activities are: day out with the family, visit to town, shopping, cooking..
